Ensemblefest
Saturday, March 29, 2008 from 10:00 until 3:00
Universalist Unitarian Church of Haverhill, MA
Ensemblefest will be a fun and educational all day workshop focused on playing in a large ensemble. The morning session will consist of practicing and playing through a program of music. There will be a break for lunch between the morning and afternoon session. Participants are encouraged to bring a bag lunch (snacks will be provided). The afternoon session includes improvisation, sight reading of ensemble music and a brief discussion of skills needed to play in orchestra.
